　It is located at the central reception desk on the second floor. Handle cruise procedures for you, answer your inquiries and questions about our services and facilities, and accept your comments and suggestions.
Service time: 06:30 -- 24:00

　　It is located at the central reception desk on the second floor. The cashier will help you check out, exchange foreign currency and settle your expenses on board. Master and Visa credit cards are accepted.
Exchange time: 10:00 -- 22:00
Settlement time: within six hours before arrival at destination port。
　　
　　The safe
　　Please deposit your personal valuables in the tourist safe at the reception desk. The attendant will handle the deposit procedure for you. We are not responsible for any loss of your valuables due to non-storage.

　　If you find an item missing, please contact the front desk immediately.
　　
　　Luggage service
　　Baggage will be handled by the bellman. You only need to give your room number to your guide or the front desk attendant.

    The daily schedule is displayed in the lobby and delivered to your room. According to the channel and water level, any change will be announced.
