Reception
Located at the reception desk on the second floor; handle the formalities for your touring, answer your inquiries as well as other questions related to the service and facilities provided by the cruises, and accept your comments and suggestions.

Cashier
Located at the reception desk on the second floor; handle your check-out, currency exchange, fees settlement on board. Master and Visa credit cards are accepted.
Conversion time: 10: 00-22: 00
Settlement time: within six hours before the arrival of the cruise at the final port.

Safe box
Deposit your valuables in the safe box dedicated to tourists at the reception desk; attendants will handle the storage procedures for you. If your valuables are lost because they have not been deposited, the cruise will not undertake any responsibility.

Lost and found
Please immediately contact the front desk if you find your articles lost.

Luggage service
Your luggage will be carried by the porter; you only have to tell your room number to the accompanying guide or the attendant at the front desk.

Posts and telecommunications
If you have any letters, postcards, etc. to be sent, please contact the front desk.

Audiovisual programs
You can hear the beautiful music and songs through the bedside cabinet; for channels dedicated to TV programs, you simply have to turn on the TV switch for desired programs.

Tour guide
The tour guide of this cruise is responsible for introducing to you the facilities and services on board, explaining the attractions along the way and answering your questions.

Morning call
The reception desk can offer you morning call service.
Shore excursions
In order to make your trip more enjoyable, in addition to the attractions included in your ticket, we will add a very interesting spot; if you want to participate in this special touring, please go the reception desk for reservation.

Schedule
Daily itinerary is displayed in the lobby and delivered to your room. According the channel and water level, the changes of daily itinerary will be broadcasted for notification.

Key/ room card
Please hand over your room key to the reception desk before the last day of disembarkation.
